On 14 June, globie opened auditions for their upcoming first generation on their Twitter account. On 26 July, the auditions for their upcoming first generation closed. On 1 November, globie launched their official website. While opening auditions for their second generation, they also unveiled Kumanui Miel as the first member of their first generation. The other members would be unveiled in the subsequent days. On 3 November, Reina Ronronea was unveiled. On 6 November, Ibuki Björn was unveiled. On 10 November, Taring Hu was unveiled. On 13 November, Obari Luca was unveiled. On 17 November, Pippa Pebblesworth was unveiled. On 20 November, Sarugaku Leon Jr. was unveiled. On 30 November, auditions for their upcoming second generation closed. On 1 December, the seven members of Generation 1, Miel, Reina, Taring, Pippa, Björn, Luca and Leon debuted.

On 1 March, the silhouettes of the eight members of the second generation were teased. The members also became active on their social media accounts. On 4 April, the members of the second Generation were unveiled. This marks the first establishment of subunits in a generation, called Solstia and Equinnox. Equinnox's members are Komiyama Ambros, Vance Van Creed, Vilhelm Vanderbos and Hyouma Kohaku. Solstia's members are Kiri Kilovolt, Rhubarb N. Kustard, Bonnie Barkswell and Alicja Da Lontano. On 12 April, the first two members of Generation 2 's Equinnox, Ambros and Vance, debuted. On 13 April, the two remaining members of Equinnox, Vance and Kohaku, debuted. On 19 April, the first two members of Generation 2's Solstia, Kiri and Bonnie, debuted. On 20 April, Solstia's third member Alicja debuted. On 26 April, Solstia's last member Rhubarb debuted. On 17 May, globie opened auditions for their upcoming third generation. On 31 May, auditions for their upcoming third generation closed again. This marks the shortest audition period of any Globie's auditions so far. On 8 November, the four members of Generation 3, Cera Luceria, Squirmimi, Maeve Morveren and O'Lilou Loulou were unveiled. Together they form the subunit Hexokai. On 16 November, the first two members of Hexokai, Maeve Morveren and Squirmimi, debuted. On 17 November, the remaining two members of Hexokai, Cera Luceria and O'Lilou Loulou, debuted.

On 27 February, globie announced they were parting ways with Squirmimi and O'Lilou Loulou, while giving no reasons for their termination, resulting in a public outcry. The day after, Globie published another statement, confirming that the talents were terminated "based on repeated misconduct and breaches of contract". On 20 August, globie announced the upcoming graduations of Rhubarb N. Kustard, Kiri Kilovolt, Vance Van Creed, Taring Hu and Reina Ronronea.
