MAHA5, read as Mahapanca (महा "maha" and पञ्च "panca" being for "great five"), is a VTuber agency based in Indonesia and is part of Rentracks Indonesia. Their goal is to connect Indonesia with Japan though anime and otaku culture while having fun together.

2021
<p>On 18 January, auditions for MAHA5's Japanese branch were announced.</p> <p>On 12 May, the Twitter accounts for the members of the Japanese branch were created.</p> <p>On 24 May, auditions for the Indonesian third branch generation were opened.</p>
2022
<p>On 28 January, the third generation's live stream debut was announced and will be held on 29 Jan and 31 Jan.</p> <p>In March, MAHA5JAPAN 1st Generation, MAHA5JAPAN Gamers, and MAHA5JAPAN Kouhosei were all merged into a single Japanese branch named MAHA5JAPAN.</p> <p>On 12 April, MAHA5 opened new audition for its Japan branch.</p> <p>On 23 May, MAHA5 opened new audition for Indonesia branch's 4th generation.</p> <p>On 8 November, MAHA5 opened an audition to find a new talent for Nana Aruna, a member of NANARIKA.</p> <p>On 5 December, MAHA5 announced auditions for Thailand branch.</p>
2023
<p>On 31 March, MAHA5 announced the fourth generation's live stream debut that will be held on 2 April, 4 April, 6 April, and 7 April.</p>
2024
<p>On 22 February, MAHA5JAPAN announced that five talents from <a href="/wiki/Propro_Production" data-wiki-target="Propro Production">Propro Production</a> under the group Actors To Live! will become part of MAHA5JAPAN. This also marked the return of <a href="/wiki/Sakura_Isumi" data-wiki-target="Sakura Isumi">Sakura Isumi</a>, who retired in 2021.</p> <p>On 1 July, MAHA5JAPAN announced that the <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@_rino01_" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Rino</a> was joining MAHA5JAPAN as a VTuber.</p> <p>On 20 July, <a href="https://twitter.com/SakuKuratakun" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Saku Kurata</a> and <a href="https://twitter.com/MaudySukaiga" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Maudy Sukaiga</a> debuted as MAHA5's 5th generation.</p> <p>On 27 July, the retired <a href="/wiki/Lumi_Celestia" data-wiki-target="Lumi Celestia">Lumi Celestia</a> turned over her channel to her younger sister, <a href="https://twitter.com/FuyumiCelestia" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Fuyumi Celestia</a> who also debuted on the same day as a member of the 5th generation.</p> <p>On 21 August, MAHA5JAPAN announced that Amane Mina would graduate from the agency on August 28 and continue her activities as an independent VTuber while retaining her character IP and official accounts.</p> <p>On 28 August, Amane Mina posted on Twitter that it was her last day as a MAHA5JAPAN member and announced a singing stream for that night. She later held her final stream as a MAHA5JAPAN member on YouTube.</p> <p>In October, the independent VTuber <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@mayoijimeiro" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Mayoiji Meiro</a> joined MAHA5JAPAN.</p> <p>On 28 December, MAHA5JAPAN announced the termination of its contract with <a href="/wiki/Hoshina_Reki" data-wiki-target="Hoshina Reki">Hoshina Reki</a>. They did not comment on her future activities, opting to let her make her own announcement. On the same day, Reki uploaded a video to YouTube explaining that she's returned to being an independent VTuber.</p>
2025
<p>On 17 January, MAHA5JAPAN announced the graduation of <a href="https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCHf7hWxhZ3YBYy3FPkA0Qrg" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Amagahuchi Orochi</a> and <a href="https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCSygy3LWcUZtFJ15TSbEskQ" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Namba Akari</a> effective on 20 February. Orochi will become independent while Akari retires.</p> <p>On 11 March, MAHA5JAPAN announced the graduation of <a href="https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCIFQuGbLFsSduuFpALAj1sw" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Inumaru Pocha</a> effective on 31 March.</p> <p>On 4 April, MAHA5JAPAN announced the graduation of <a href="https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCRbzJbCE7fDV7D_5Wv8_9Qg" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Futaboshi Kira</a> effective on 28 April.</p> <p>On 11 April, the VSinger <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@yukino_maha5jp" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Yukino</a> debuted as a member of MAHA5JAPAN.</p> <p>On 28 June, MAHA5JAPAN announced the graduation of <a href="https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCnpmmb8Z3MLNZIpPmILB9Iw" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Ichino Nabana</a> effective on 26 July.</p> <p>On 7 July, the VSinger <a href="https://twitter.com/Alan_maha5" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Alan</a> debuted as a member of MAHA5JAPAN and its Actors To Live! unit.</p> <p>On 26 July, Ichino Nabana held her graduation stream and retired.</p> <p>On 29 August, Rino held his debut stream nearly a year after starting activities with MAHA5JAPAN, revealing his full name to be Himemiya Rino.</p> <p>On 15 September, MAHA5JAPAN announced the termination of <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@mayoijimeiro" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Mayoiji Meiro</a>'s contract. She returns to independent VTuber status, although she hasn't been active on YouTube since her collab with the now-retired Futaboshi Kira on 17 April 2025, and her last tweet was from 7 May 2025.</p> <p>On 13 December, MAHA5JAPAN announced that the independent VTuber <a href="/wiki/Yumeiri_Reyu" data-wiki-target="Yumeiri Reyu">Yumeiri Reyu</a> has joined the agency. She also did a stream to announce this.</p>
2026
<p>On 30 March, MAHA5JAPAN announced the passing of Yumeiri Reyu. All of her accounts will be deleted by the end of April 2026, in accordance with the wishes of her family.</p> <p>On 29 April, MAHA5JAPAN issued a follow-up notice about Yumeiri Reyu, stating that the agency will no longer be deleting her channel as previously announced, nor private any content from it; instead the agency will relinquish ownership of her channel, and turn it over to her family by early May.</p> <p>On 30 April, MAHA5JAPAN announced the termination of Alan's contract after discussion with the talent, citing his persistent health issues that prevent him from continuing his activities. He has not been active since August 2025.</p>

<p>In March 2022, MAHA5JP's 1st Generation, Gamers, and Kouhosei groups were all merged into one group named MAHA5JAPAN.</p>
Actors To Live!
<p>MAHA5JP's more music-oriented unit. Umituki Yuru, Irodori Irori, Sakura Isumi, Sayonaki Mio and Hitoyo Enishi transferred into MAHA5JAPAN from <a href="/wiki/Propro_Production" data-wiki-target="Propro Production">Propro Production</a> in February 2024.</p> <p>|-| Original =</p>
1st Generation
<p>Debuted from May to June 2021.</p>
GAMERS
<p>Launched in August 2021. The branch started with Hoshina Reki who was formerly affiliated with the now-dissolved <a href="/wiki/Busokanojo" data-wiki-target="Busokanojo">Busokanojo</a> (referred to as "a certain gamer-girls VTuber unit" in her YouTube bio), and continued her activities as an indie for almost a year before joining MAHA5.</p>
Kouhosei
<p>The "Cadets" (候補生) group was launched on 14 August, 2021 with Futaboshi Kira, Menchin No.9, Kotonoha Daku, Inumaru Pocha and Namba Akari as the starting lineup. Satori Kagaku was shown as part of Kouhosei but he didn't debut until two years later on 3 February, 2024 after the 3 groups were already merged.</p>
