MaHOROBA (まほろば) is a Japanese independent Virtual YouTuber & content creator group, and also formerly a VTuber agency. The agency was owned and operated by PRISMO Inc. from 2020 to 2023, after which MaHOROBA continued operating as an indie group.

On 28 November, PRISMO Inc. launched MaHOROBA as a VTuber agency. The independent VTubers Shofuku Nyako, Mendako-chan and Satou Namu joined the agency as MaHOROBA's starting lineup of talents dubbed "Generation 0".
2021
On 19 February, Kureha Akari made her debut.
On 20 February, Nemori Petty made her debut.
On 21 February, Sakurame Temari made her debut.
On 3 July, Natsuki Nina made her debut as the last member of MaHOROBA's Generation 1.
2022
On 26 March, Hanaguni Anne made her debut.
2023
On 6 May, Sorara Pyon made her debut.
On 3 June, MaHOROBA announced that Kureha Akari would go into indefinite hiatus at the end of July, with her last stream scheduled on 30 June.
On 30 June, Kureha Akari held her last stream before going into indefinite hiatus.
On 6 August, MaHOROBA announced that Nemori Petty would go into indefinite hiatus at the end of August.
2024
On 21 January, Oshitsuka Myuna made her debut, following an announcement by MaHOROBA the day before.
On 7 July, Satou Namu announced in a stream that she was stopping her activities as a MaHOROBA VTuber talent and transferring to MaHOROBA Creators, where she will be working as a non-VTuber content creator, effective on 22 July.
On 21 July, Satou Namu held her graduation stream, her last as a VTuber and on the next day changed her name on Twitter to "Koyoi Namu" (こよいなむ), as a MaHOROBA Creator.
On 7 October, Sorara Pyon held her last stream before going into indefinite hiatus.
On 12 October, Shirane Izu made her debut.
On 14 December, Natsuki Nina announced that she was ending her VTuber activities, shifting to working as a video creator while also changing her name to "Nachama" (なちゃま).
2025
On 15 February, Hanaguni Anne announced that she was retiring on 16 March.
On 16 March, Hanaguni Anne held her graduation stream and retired.
On 16 June, MaHOROBA announced that the independent VTubers Wasurenagusa Yume and Kurenai Bear have joined the group, with both also holding their own announcement streams.
On 25 June, Nachama (formerly Natsuki Nina before her rebranding) returned to streaming as a VTuber talent and unprivated her archives.
On 29 June, MaHOROBA announced Sakuraya Pyume's departure from the group. She continues her activities as an unaffiliated independent.
On 2 July, Sorara Pyon returned to streaming, but as an unaffiliated independent VTuber. On the same day, she also officially announced her departure from the group.
On 5 October, MaHOROBA announced that the independent VTuber Cocoa Moca has joined the group.
On 29 November, MaHOROBA announced that the independent VTubers Uki Shiori and Shunotsuchi Yutsuzu have joined the group.
Transition into indie group
On 28 August, MaHOROBA announced that PRISMO Inc. was withdrawing from the VTuber business effective on 1 September 2023, upon which MaHOROBA will continue operations as an independent VTuber group, together with its remaining active members. However, the IP rights for Gen 1 members who went on hiatus remained with PRISMO Inc., so it will be difficult and unlikely for them to resume streaming under these identities.
On 29 August, MaHOROBA announced the upcoming debuts of two new members: Sakuraya Pyume as a new MaHOROBA VTuber, and Yomohira as a member of the "MaHOROBA Creators", as a PNGTuber content creator.
On 1 September, Sakuraya Pyume made her debut.
On 6 October, MaHOROBA announced that Sakurame Temari would go into indefinite hiatus starting on 30 October.
In late November, Shofuku Nyako and Mendako-chan departed from the group and returned to being unaffiliated independent VTubers, starting in December.
On 16 December, MaHOROBA staff member Isumi Sia made her debut as one of the group's VTuber talents.
MaHOROBA Talents
MaHOROBA's main talent unit. Consists of full VTuber members who continued or joined after MaHOROBA stopped being an agency in August 2023. As an indie group, all members are considered affiliated independents.
MaHOROBA Creators
Multimedia creation-oriented content creator unit. Consists of members who upload videos and stream infrequently, some with just a static model (i.e. a "PNGtuber"), and also do creation work such as illustrations, stream graphics, and video editing. Isumi Sia transferred from the main unit to the Creators unit on 7 April 2026.

The name of the group comes from the ancient Japanese word "" that roughly means "a faraway, wonderful place".
