On 4 April, Majinova was founded and the Facebook account was created. On 5 April, Majinova announced the 1st audition recruitment lasting until 15 May. On 7 June, Majinova announced their 1st generation members consisting of Linden Emilio, Mira Pilula, and OZiK. On 19 July, Majinova announced that there was another member named SirAzith joining the group, who would be debuted on 21 July, making the group contain total of 4 active members. On 30 July, Majinova announced the 2nd audition recruitment. This one was more special than the previous one; the audition gave more opportunity by widening the range of the candidates age from 15 and above. The recruitment lasted until 30 August. On 8 September, SirAzith had his final stream before becoming permanently inactive; the group decided to put him on the graduation list later on, making the group consist of 3 active members, and SirAzith became the backstage staff of Majinova afterward. On 10 October, Majinova announced the 3rd audition recruitment, lasting until 31 October. On 31 December, Majinova revealed their 2nd generation members consisting of the followings: * Ramirez Svensons, debuted on 6 January 2022. * Saiko, debuted on 7 January 2022. * Raphaelle Leonard, debuted on 8 January 2022. * Fionix was destined to debut on 9 January 2022 but because of an unspecified problem, the debut was postponed to 2 February 2022. which made the group contain 7 active members in total.

On 14 January, Majinova announced the 4th audition recruitment for "Special Unit: IDOL," lasting until 28 February. On 5 April, Linden Emilio announced the retirement from the group with the graduation live on 16 May. At the same time, the group had also urgently announced for recruitment after on. On 10 April, Amanogawa Kousei had moved in from Sandbox Virtual Group to Majinova, with his first weekly schedule as a member of Majinova, making the group consist of 8 active members. On 16 May, Linden Emilio had her graduation stream at 20.00 (GMT+7), making the group consist of 7 active members. On 26 May, Amanogawa Kousei re-debuted with a new outfit after the long break of practicing to become an idol. On 6 July, Majinova announced that Mira Pilula would be terminated out of the group immediately, due to her inappropriate behaviors, defamation, warning ignorance, and contract breach. There would be no more active status from that day on, but all of her social media platforms were still kept, making the group consist of 6 active members. On 7 August, Majinova led by Amanogawa Kousei announced the reveal of a new unit called Fénesta in V-Matsuri event consisting of these following members: Amanogawa Kousei, Shinozaki Jyakaa, Inugami Shiroe, Kaminari Eto, Maemi, making the group contained 10 active members in total. On 7 September, Majinova announced that Saiko would be terminated from the group immediately, with similar reasons to Mira Pirura. There would be no more active status from that day on, but all of his social media platforms were still kept, making the group consist of 9 active members. On 17 September, Majinova revealed the new unit called ABADIA consisting of these following members: AKILAH, ZAMZA'A, ZAKARIYYA, OSAZE, making the group contain 13 active members in total.

On 6 March, Majinova announced the 5th audition recruitment, lasting until 20 May.
