On 28 March, Hien Madoka held her graduation stream and retired.
Disbanding
On 1 April, the agency disbanded with the graduation and retirement of Suzuka Stella, its last remaining talent.
Trivia
On the Talent section of Megalight's website, there are two more unnamed VTuber talents listed as "Coming Soon". These designs have been shown in key visuals for the agency's First Generation since 2021, but never debuted.
