ProForma Nova is a Japanese eSports-oriented Virtual YouTuber group operated by the VTuber agency ProForma Production. The agency was launched in October 2023 under the name ProForma Production, as the VTuber production business and subsidiary of the Japanese mobile software company jig.jp, which also owns the VTuber agencies Parerdemia School and as of January 2026, Palette Project. In January 2024, ProForma Production started operations with talents comprised of former indie VTubers who re-debuted as official members.

<p>On 1 January, the members of ProForma Production made their official re-debuts into the agency.</p>
<p>On 4 October, ProForma Production announced the launch of a new eSports-oriented female VTuber project called "ProForma Nova" with the audition period from 4 October to 3 November.</p>
<p>On 8 November, ProForma Production announced that all 5 of its talents will be leaving the agency's main group at the end of November, after the expiration of their contracts. * Shijyo Haiko, Shirohato Kohane, Chitose Yuri will revert to independent VTuber status on 1 December. * On the other hand, Susuki Rei and Kujiraba Anno will be transferred to other groups within the company.</p>
<p>On 28 December, ProForma Nova announced the names of 3 talents who have been selected to join the group's Generation 1: Susuki Rei, <a href="/wiki/Amemiya_Ayune" data-wiki-target="Amemiya Ayune">Amemiya Ayune</a>, and <a href="https://twitter.com/Mahiru_zzZ" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Mahiru Neru</a>.</p>

<p>On 8 January, ProForma Nova announced the debut of a Generation 1 unit called "MOON" composed of Susuki Rei, Amemiya Ayune, and Mahiru Neru, as well as an upcoming unit called "STAR" who are all preparing to debut.</p>
<p>On 7 March, ProForma Nova announced the debut of the Generation 1 unit "STAR" composed of <a href="https://twitter.com/Hinoha_rui" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Hinoha Rui</a>, <a href="https://twitter.com/Minato_Yu_" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Minato Yu</a>, <a href="https://twitter.com/Metome_Au" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Metome Au</a>, and <a href="https://twitter.com/Lee_Jupita" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Lee Jupita</a>.</p>
<p>On 16 July, ProForma Nova announced the debut of a new unit called "METEOR" composed of the VTuber and cosplayer <a href="https://twitter.com/41futon" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Nakamoto Omachi</a> who joins as its sole member. METEOR is a unit intended to do more "challenging" content than MOON and STAR.</p>
<p>On 18 July, ProForma Nova announced that <a href="https://twitter.com/siyham_" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Siyham</a> has joined the group as part of the MOON unit.</p>

<p>On 13 January, <a href="/wiki/Tsukigami_China" data-wiki-target="Tsukigami China">Tsukigami China</a>, <a href="/wiki/Kozima_Mera" data-wiki-target="Kozima Mera">Kozima Mera</a>, and <a href="https://twitter.com/_awa_suzu" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Awasuzu Miru</a> transferred from <a href="/wiki/Vlash" data-wiki-target="Vlash">Vlash</a> into ProForma Nova after their agency disbanded.</p>
<p>On 15 January, ProForma Nova announced the start of auditions from 15 January to 15 February for their upcoming Generation 2, with debuts expected in Spring 2026.</p>
Background
<p>In October 2023, jig.jp launched ProForma Production as their VTuber production business, marking their entry into the VTuber industry.</p>

ProForma Nova
<p>ProForma Nova, or ProNova (ぷろのゔぁ) for short, is ProForma Production's eSports-oriented VTuber group. It is currently organized into 3 official units: MOON, STAR, and METEOR.</p>
MOON
<p>MOON is a Generation 1 unit formed on 8 January 2025 with existing VTubers Susuki Rei, Amemiya Ayune and Mahiru Neru. Rei came from the now-disbanded ProForma Production main group, while Ayune and Neru were former indie VTubers. Siyham joined the unit on 18 July 2025.</p>
STAR
<p>STAR is another Generation 1 unit but composed of all-new VTubers who debuted on 7 March 2025, in contrast with MOON whose members are all former indie VTubers.</p>
METEOR
<p>METEOR is a unit intended to do more "challenging" content, formed on 16 July 2025 with Nakamoto Omachi as the first member. On 13 January 2026, Omachi is joined by Tsukigami China, Kozima Mera and Awasuzu Miru who all transferred into ProForma Nova from <a href="/wiki/Vlash" data-wiki-target="Vlash">Vlash</a> after its disbanding.</p>

<p>ProForma Production's now-disbanded main group. Composed of originally independent VTubers who joined the agency from January 2024 to November 2024, when their contracts expired. Susuki Rei was transferred to ProForma Nova as part of its Generation 1.</p>
