PROMISU Entertainment, or just PROMISU for short, is a Virtual YouTuber agency owned and operated by Tokyo-based company PLAX Inc. (株式会社プラックス). PROMISU has a JP and an EN branch, and also formerly ran a (MCN) called Love Inc. to allow affiliation with independent VTubers. While many of its members are ASMRtists and AVTubers who produce 18+ content, PROMISU itself isn't officially an AVTuber agency, and some members are regular VTubers who don't produce adult content.

2023
On 15 June, PROMISU announced that the independent VTuber Ale Kirser has joined their Love Inc. MCN. On 19 June, Nadeshiko joined Love Inc. On 24 June, Cuppachae joined Love Inc. On 14 July, Eevie joined Love Inc. On 22 July, Chitose Mion, Sera and Rhymu debuted as members of PROMISU JP 1st Gen "Gekka" (月花). On 1 August, Sooshie joined Love Inc. On 27 August, Gemuyo joined Love Inc. In October, PROMISU quietly shuts down the Love Inc. MCN and all signed talent will return to being unaffiliated independents.
2024
On 17 May, PROMISU announced the debut schedules of the upcoming PROMISU JP 2nd Gen members. On 19 May, Suzumaru Azu debuted as a member of PROMISU JP 2nd Gen. On 25 May, Yumemi Luna and Haizaki Shino debuted as members of PROMISU JP 2nd Gen. On 26 May, Tamanoi Hinoki debuted as a member of PROMISU JP 2nd Gen. On 5 August, PROMISU announced the opening of auditions for PROMISU JP 3rd Gen members. On 14 October, Awahime Kotone debuted as a member of PROMISU JP 3rd Gen. On 31 October, PROMISU announced Suzumaru Azu's retirement due to poor health. On 23 November, Mainichi Ikoka debuted as a member of PROMISU JP 3rd Gen.
2025
On 30 March, Sorane Mio debuted as a member of PROMISU JP 3rd Gen. On 11 May, Utatane Rune debuted as a VSinger member of PROMISU JP 3rd Gen. On 9 August, Beni Doki, Euryale Drift and Myra Locke debuted as members of PROMISU EN 1st Gen "ENGuard".

The agency's official Twitter account was created on March 2023. The official YouTube channel was created on 11 July, 2023.
PROMISU JP 1st Generation - Gekka
Three members who debuted on 22 July 2023. 1st Gen is called "Moonflower" (月花).
PROMISU JP 2nd Generation
Four members who debuted in May 2024.

Love Inc.
Love Inc. was PROMISU's for independent VTubers. The MCN was quietly shut down in October 2023, and all signed talent returned to being unaffiliated independents.

* Love Inc. is technically PROMISU's first VTuber group, with four indie talents signing up before the debut of the JP 1st Gen members.
