2022
On 29 May, SCARZ Apex pro rpr made his debut as a VTuber on Twitch. On 3 July, the independent VTuber dtto. joined SCARZ as a content creator. On 16 July, the independent VTuber Restia joined SCARZ as a content creator.
2023
On 15 April, rpr left SCARZ, becoming an independent VTuber. On 15 September, dtto. left SCARZ, returning to independent VTuber status.
2025
On 22 October, MeSTAGE was launched as a collaboration project between SCARZ and Victor Entertainment. The project is a VTuber group focusing on both Music and eSports, with the independent VTubers Delutaya and Kirameki Eve joining the group as its two starting members.
