<p>On 30 March, V-SEA's official Twitter/X account was made and announced the creation of VSEA.</p> <p>Same day, there was an announcement revealing the first talent of Gen 0, <a href="https://www.twitch.tv/xinyidoki" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Xinyi Everlamp</a>.</p> <p>On 10 April, V-SEA opened auditions for Gen 1.</p> <p>On 25 April, <a href="/wiki/Usa_Ahmya" data-wiki-target="Usa Ahmya">Usa Ahmya</a> was announced to be the second member of Gen 0.</p> <p>On 3rd May, the third talent of Gen 0 was announced to be <a href="/wiki/Harumi_Minnie" data-wiki-target="Harumi Minnie">Harumi Minnie</a>.</p> <p>On 12 May, Gen 1 auditions closed.</p> <p>On 22 May, the official Instagram account opened.</p> <p>On 27 May, V-SEA announced the Twitters of Gen 1 to promote and tease the future debuts, the talents revealed are <a href="/wiki/Sauna_Caesura" data-wiki-target="Sauna Caesura">Sauna Caesura</a>, <a href="/wiki/Tania_S._Ottoman" data-wiki-target="Tania S. Ottoman">Tania S. Ottoman</a>, <a href="/wiki/Dani_Drywall" data-wiki-target="Dani Drywall">Dani Drywall</a>, and <a href="/wiki/Kyorei_Minmi" data-wiki-target="Kyorei Minmi">Kyorei Minmi</a></p> <p>On 31 May, V-SEA announced Whizzy, a <a href="https://youtaites.fandom.com/wiki/Youtaite_Wiki#:~:text=What%20are%20Youtaites%3F,translated%20from%20Japanese%2C%20on%20Youtube." target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">youtaite</a> and vtuber trainee, to be the fourth member of Gen 0.</p> <p>On 14 June, V-SEA announced the graduations of <a href="/wiki/Kyorei_Minmi" data-wiki-target="Kyorei Minmi">Kyorei Minmi</a> and <a href="/wiki/Dani_Drywall" data-wiki-target="Dani Drywall">Dani Drywall</a>.</p>
Disbandment
<p>On 20 June, V-SEA announced its disbanding. It was later revealed that V-SEA had never incorporated as a company, a violation of Singapore's Companies Act, 1967, and an offence punishable by up to 2 years in prison and a fine of SG$50,000. It was also revealed that the company had recruited multiple people under the age of 18, posted content from talent prior to their debut without their consent, that multiple artists commissioned by V-SEA were not paid or had their payment delayed, and that legal documents such as non-disclosure agreements and contracts were not proofread by legal counsel.</p>
Gen 0
<p>This generation features talents that joined outside of normal auditions via an “adoption” style; the company signs with a talent allowing the use of the talent’s own model and IP.</p> <p>This generation features the group <strong>V-Sea Escape</strong> - comprising of Xinyi and Usa.</p>
Gen 1
<p>This generation features talents that have joined after the first round of auditions.</p> <p>They never debuted, but their Twitters and other socials were made public.</p>

<p>*V-SEA'S official mascot is a <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plesiosaur" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">plesiosaur</a> *Fans of V-SEA are called seafarers. *V-SEA Admin-san enjoys tea, stating that he would “be 20 times more productive” if he had designated staff to pour his tea. *V-SEA Admin-san likes to twerk from time to time.</p>
