On 27 February, they announced the audition for the first member of their 2nd generation. On 20 March, they announced the audition for the second member of their 2nd generation. On 28 June, they announced their 2nd generation consisting of five members: Amemochi Nina, Oshino Chiyu, Serenade Oxblood, Watamiya Ahiru, Sirahosi Awawa. They would be debuting from 3 to 7 July 2023.

On 9 June, they announced their 3rd generation consisting of three members: Mishio Molf, Toono Oto, Siden Lime. They would be debuting from 16 to 18 June 2024. On 15 August, they announced the audition for their fourth generation.

On 2 April, they announced their 4th generation consisting of four members: Luna Goldrain, Youduki Miruka, Anon Remu, Unohana Nonochi. They debuted from 7 to 10 April 2025. On 12 April, they announced the audition for their fifth generation.

On 12 May, they announced their 5th generation consisting of four members: Kurea Shuri, Arcana Grimmybear, Monica Melodia, and Himamori Pota. They debuted from 18 to 21 May 2026. On 25 May, Varium announced their first concert named "Natsuarium," featuring all members from the first generation to the fourth generation. Natsuarium would be held at Ikebukuro Harevutai on 22 August 2026.
