Virtuality Project (sometimes abbreviated to VirPro) is an English-language VTuber agency. Their mission is to bring new and exciting worlds from across the virtual universe straight to the viewer's seat.

Timeline
2020
Virtuality Project was founded by visual novel developers Josh Kaplan and Syon Santeria in November 2020. The group's Twitter account was created on 11 November, and applications opened around 12 November for both new and existing VTubers. Responses went out on 21 November.
From 23 to 28 December, silhouettes teasing the five members of the group's first generation were posted to Twitter. On 29 December, the group announced their first three members: Yuma Yamano, Nitori Harukawa, and Stratogeist.
2021
On 7 January, Yuma Yamano and Nitori held formal re-debut streams as a member of Virtuality Project.
On 16 January, Stragogeist held a re-debut stream.
On 24 February, teasers began to appear for the other two members of the group.
On 13 March, Seru Kisen and Yuria of Ailurus made their re-debut streams.
On 14 April, it was announced that in the VirPro public Discord server Yuma Yumano had decided to return to being an independent VTuber. It was an amicable parting and has not impacted her activities.
On 27 April, it was announced on the VirPro Twitter that Nitori Harukawa had parted with VirPro and returned to being an independent VTuber.
On 14 July, Seru Kisen announced on her Twitter account that she had found her family and would be retiring at the end of the month.
2024
Following a retweet on 4 October, the Virpro Twitter account went dormant, and the official website is not functioning. However, as of January 2026, the Twitch team is still active.
Closure
On 9 August, it was announced on Twitter that Virtuality Project would be shutting down at the end of the month. Of the remaining two members, it was announced that Geist would continue as an independent VTuber while Yuria was still deciding on what she would do.
On 22 August, Yuria announced on a stream that she would also be continuing as an independent VTuber. Yuria would go on to join RPG-focused VTuber group Angel's Sword Studios in 2022.
On 31 August, VirPro officially closed their doors. Among their parting words, they also revealed that there had been a plan for a Gen 2 with independent VTubers Ushimei Momoka and Mia Sova as its members.
Return
On 5 February, Virtuality Project announced its surprise return. The group would feature would-be Gen 2 members Ushimei Momoka and Mia Sova, plus new members Lirie and Cilphy. Staff members would also be returning to the project. The domain virpro.moe was registered on this date.
On 12 February, a VirPro comeback stream was held on Geist's channel.
Generation 1
All five members of Gen 1 left the group in 2021.
