viviON, inc. (ヴィヴィオン) is a Japanese web services and content creation company that owns and operates the Virtual YouTuber agencies Aogiri High School and Vebop High School. Established on 1 October 2021, viviON is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Japanese holding company GEO HOLDINGS CORPORATION. Other services operated by viviON include the book publishing label viviON THOTH, the 2D otaku products store viviON BLUE, and the indie translator collaboration program Translators Unite, for products sold on the Japanese digital media store.

Timeline

2021

In October, viviON, inc. was established.

2023

On 1 April, viviON merged with former Brave Group subsidiary Create-Ring Inc., which managed the VTuber agency Aogiri High School. As the surviving entity, viviON took over management of Aogiri High School as their first venture into the VTuber market.

2025

On 22 October, viviON announced the transfer of Vebop Project from REALITY Studios to the company, through an acquisition that happened on 31 August.

2026

On 1 June, viviON launched the virtual creator community called "VTuber High School City" (VHS City) which features Aogiri High School, Vebop High School (renamed from Vebop Project), Gokurakugumi, and an independent VTuber named Shitagai Nora as a non-member (affiliate) Partner . On 15 June, viviON announced a new agency in the style of Aogiri High School called Yugiri High School.

VHS City

The VTuber High School City (VHS City) community is a group of VTuber agencies formed on 1 June 2026, that aims to bring together viviON's various owned VTuber agencies into one community with a common theme. As of 2026, this includes Aogiri High School, Vebop High School, Yugiri High School, and Gorakugumi.

Aogiri High School

Aogiri High School is a Virtual YouTuber agency featuring a "game club" composed of high school students from its namesake, the fictional Aogiri High School. Their content is mostly focused on skits and game streams. The agency was acquired by viviON from Brave Group subsidiary Create-Ring Inc. in April 2023.

Vebop High School

Vebop High School (formerly known as Vebop Project) is an all-female VTuber agency that produces talents with skills beyond just singing, dancing or gaming. The agency was acquired by viviON from REALITY Studios in October 2025 as Vebop Project, and later renamed to fit the new VHS City community.

Yugiri High School

Yugiri High School is a Virtual YouTuber agency and a sister group to Aogiri High School that shares their philosophy, while forging their own unique culture. The agency started on 15 June 2026 with 5 talents.

VHS City Partners

The VHS City Partners program functions similarly to a , where Partners are not considered viviON agency members but affiliates of the VHS City community. Other agencies and independent VTubers can become Partners to participate in VHS City without becoming a member of a viviON agency, retaining their current agency/indie status. On 1 June 2026, the indie VTuber Shitagai Nora became the first Partner affiliated with the program. On 8 August 2026, The animal girl VTuber agency Kemomimi-Refle! joined the VHS City Partners program.
