On 18 June, VOLs debuted their first generation of talents: Shirousa Mikumi, Aria Synth, and Tenko Sorara. VOLs also hosted a watch party on-site at Aniporium, Metro Manila. On 26 July, VOLs announced the termination of their contract with Tenko Sorara. On 4 September, VOLs teased and later revealed two debuting talents that would form Generation 1.5. On 30 September, VOLs debut their first Generation 1.5 talents: Minazuki Mana, and Mayuno A. Charlotte. VOLs also hosted a watch party on-site at Cosplay Mania 2023. From 28 December to 30 December, VOLs attended Cosplay Matsuri 2023, an event they were one of the sponsors of. VOLs also revealed the upcoming debut of an additional talent, Angy Catto, on the third day of this event.

On 17 January, VOLs announced that their talent Minazuki Mana would take a break from streaming. On 11 February, VOLs debuted their new Generation 1.5 talent: Angy Catto. On 14 March, Minazuki Mana resumed streaming activities. From 23 March to 24 March, VOLs attended Cosplay Carnival 2024, an event they were one of the sponsors of. On 23 May, VOLs announced auditions looking for interested parties to join their 2nd generation of talents. From 31 May to June 2, VOLs attended Offkai Expo. From 28 June to 30 June, VOLs attended DoKomi 2024. From 20 July to 21 July, VOLs attended ACX 2024. From 4 October to 6 October, VOLs attended Cosplaymania 2024. On 28 October, VOLs teased hints of their upcoming Generation 2. On 25 November, VOLs revealed their Generation 2 talents who would be debuting on 13 December: Kunoi Chisato, Viora Weissheart, and Adora Fortune.
