2023
On 18 April, MarbleCreators announced on their Twitter account regarding the suspension of her YouTube channel due to concern and inconveniences. Her channel was restored a few days later.
2025
In August, she made her last update, after which she mostly gave up making traditional sleep inducing ASMR content on YouTube, and switched mostly to adult audio works. This is to believe that her actions are inspired by her friend, Tukimachi Nyamo, a fellow Japanese VTuber known in the adult audio work space. She deleted her old YouTube channel featuring her debut stream, and she hid her old X posts prior to the shift of content. Her old lore no longer applies and she no longer address her viewer as master.
On 27 October, she announced that she would be leaving MarbleCreators on 27 October and would continue activities independently.
Retirement
On 11 May, she announced that she would be ending activity as Aiken Chachamaru on 31 May, but however would continue activities in July under a new identity.
On 30 May, she held her last stream as Chachamaru.
On 1 June, Chachamaru rebranded her social media to her new identity, Otonari Rena, which would debut on 1 July.
