Retirement
On 23 August, Ayako announced that she would retire from VTubing to support her mother, after her father died of COVID-19. Ayako did not want her mother to be forced to take a job, out of concern that it might expose her to the virus.
Around 11 October, her account was hacked and deleted.
On 11 October, a fan YouTube account was created, which re-uploaded much of her content between 11 and 15 October.
