She has long pink hair and an updo bun with her bangs pulled back and red horns with a pink eye and a black eye patch with a heart on it and pierced ears.

Azalina Fiore debuted on Hyper Online, a streaming and TikTok creation app designed just for VTubers, in late October 2022. She amassed a small following on there, becoming known for her singing, jokes, and skits. After the app shut down, she pivoted to YouTube, and is now active exclusively on there. She primarily makes comedy skits about Greek mythology and everyday life.

• Azalina was born in 1690, as the eldest of four children. She was the only girl in her family, and as a human, her name was Betsy Jane Sullivan. Her father owned a tavern near a large shipping port, where she spent most of her teenage years working. Most of the customers at her father’s tavern were sailors or privateers, and after hearing about all of the travels they’d been on, Betsy decided that she wanted to sail the seas, too, and she saved every penny that she earned so that she could buy herself a ship. She was also close friends with a girl from a rich merchant family named Lucilia Stone. On the day she purchased her ship and set out on the seas, Betsy witnessed Lucilia being kidnapped by a pirate and his crew. Desperate to save her friend, Betsy stole a musket and a cutlass from her father, and killed the pirate captain, causing his crew to scatter and swear revenge against her. Lucilia thanked Betsy for saving her life, and the two decided to sail the sea together, eventually falling in love, and getting matelotaged (the pirate equivalent of marriage).
• Betsy and Lucilia feared that the pirate crew would come after them again, so they both became fearsome pirates themselves, gathering a large crew, and terrorising the high seas. They robbed several merchant ships, and Betsy murdered anyone who opposed her and her crew. When Betsy was killed in battle, alongside Lucilia and her crew, they were all sent to Hell for their sins, but Lucifer allowed them to come to Earth in the year 2022, as long as they took new names. Betsy chose the name Azalina Fiore, and Lucilia chose Naberia.
• Her full mortal name was Betsy Jane Sullivan. As a pirate, she was known as Bat's Ear Betsy for her acute sense of hearing.
• As a demon, she is severely allergic to holy items, but only Abrahamic ones, such as crosses, and stars of David. She is immune to Buddhist and Shinto holy items, like mandalas.

• She loves sweets, especially chocolates and spice cake.
• Her favorite Animal Crossing villager is Vivian.
• Her ship is called The Black Betty.

• She calls her fans, 'crewmen', in reference to her status as a former pirate captain.
