Bell Yaga is cute and talented. She gets flustered and sometimes annoyed by her fans, but in turn enjoys teasing her audience. Aiming to maintain a proper air, she tries avoiding uncouth topics and swearing. But occasionally, she will gush over character designs, or share a striking opinion.

She is very diligent in her endeavors, wishing to improve skills such as streaming, art, and singing, and to that end will stream herself practicing or mention that she had been working on something.

Despite having a youthful air, Bell has many interests that line up with the 2010's, and so simultaneously makes her fans feel old while being perplexed by Gen Alpha culture.

Bell Yaga is a woman with pearly blonde hair, and cyan irises. She wears her hair down, and has bangs. Her nails are painted black.

Her outfit consists of a cream off shoulder ruffled long puff sleeve blouse, with brown culottes. Over this, she wears an fringed olive shawl with geometric shapes embroidered into it. She wears brown boots with long brown socks.

Bell's accessories include a brown bucket hat adorned with pins, most of which depict symbols from music notation. It also has three rings piercing the rim on the right side. She also wears tasseled earrings made from metal disks inlaid with a blue gem. Other jewelry includes two bead necklaces and rings. There is also a belt with a blue gem inlaid buckle patterned with an 8 pointed star.

Bell originally debuted in 2023 as Chirami, who was allegedly a chinchilla that had wished to become a girl. Chirami was the owner of a nationwide department store.

Bell's fans are referred to as Chiramates. However, they are also known to adopt alternative titles such as Chiramigos, Chiracons, and Chiraphiles, among others. Chirami has described her vision of Chiramates as small, adorable, faceless, mochi-like creatures. In her creative depictions, Chiramates are often represented as tofu-like beings, sometimes adorned with visors.

Bell has said that Chiramates are sometimes made with leftovers.
