About
CeCetus is a 160 cm Hongkonger VTuber who debuted in August 2023 and is now inactive. She streamed mainly in Chinese, with free-talk and gaming at the center, while also speaking Cantonese, English, and Japanese. Her fanbase is called Madelah Cao, and she was formerly affiliated with Yoye Kagari.
