Choco is an imp with short pink hair featuring two large “hair poofs” on the back of her head and bangs that partially cover her eyes, which gives off the expression of disgust or disappointment. Her eyes are large with a purple rim, with spiked eyelashes extending diagonally outwards from the edges of her eyes. A stream of bloody tears descends downward from the bottom edge of her eyes. Her purple-pink irises are unique in their radial symmetry, with a shape similar to a poppy. Two curved, glossy pink horns protrude from the sides of her head, extending outwards from the adjacent ends of her bangs. On her back are two small, puffy wings decorated with a pink spiral leading to the center.

In her usual outfit, Choco is adorned with an oversized purple sweater, the sleeves of which cover her hands, featuring a blood flow pattern around the neck. She also wears pink thigh-high stockings.
