Deme's appearance consists of her short, chin-length white hair that is symmetrical, save for her asymmetric fringe. Long neck-length bangs frame her face downwards. The inner layer of her hair is orange. Fused with her hair are white, cat-like ears with a fluffy texture, a signature of her hair with the same orange inner layer. Attached to her right cat ear is a black and orange tag reading "DEME."

Her outfit consists of a sharp-edged sweetheart-neckline black strapless corset teddy terminating at her sides with an elongated qipao-like extension through the middle, with a black thighs-to-neck semi-transparent sleeveless leotard bodysuit underneath, with her corset fastened by two black X-formation straps on the sides of her neckline of her corset, extending up and around to the back of her corset to re-attach there. Below her upper chest, a black belt fastens her sideless corset. She wears black upper-elbow length puff-ended sleeve-gloves with thick white bracelet-like cuffs and orange accents terminating at her middle fingers, and she wears several silver and golden rings. She has seemingly light-purple painted nails and wears black thigh-high stockings with a white trim at the top, the left one replaced by what can be assumed to be white robotic-like augments. She also wears white robotic sneakers with orange parts.

Originally, Deme announced on her Twitter account her debut date to be on 26 May 2022, however she later delayed her debut to an indeterminate date.

Deme debuted on Twitch on 28 September 2022.
