Lore
Exodus was once a normal human going his everyday struggles, except for him in particular it was turned up to 11. Since a very young age he had to put up with a deck stacked against him, a poor living environment and a non-existent support group.
Not long after graduation and getting a driver's license, he was recruited into his local police force. They were impressed with his driving abilities and assigned him to the "Pursuit" division (Car #7750), tasked with highway patrol, pulling over speeders and shutting down street races. He was also not afraid to use excessive force should the target prove as foolhardy to challenge him. The amount of takedowns he's gotten earned him the title of "Ultimate Enforcer," some saying he drives like a fighter pilot but in car instead of a fighter jet. This was further reinforced after an instance where a speeder crashed Exodus's car out; he was granted access to the police impound with permission by the department head to take whatever he wanted. Exodus took an unclaimed jet-inspired supercar and transformed it into the ultimate police pursuit vehicle. From that day to the end of his pursuit career, only those out of the know kept their foot on the gas when they saw Car #7750 with its flashers on.
However after about a year, the head of the police department was assassinated and his second in command took his place. The new department head reassigned Exodus to the "Undercover" division; his first assignment was to infiltrate an expanding gang that had gained a lot of influence, so much so it was rumored that they had moles in the police department. Exodus was understandably a bit apprehensive of the reassignment as this was outside his specialty (driving). However, when he was threatened of being fired and was warned of potentially devastating consequences that would happen if he didn't take on the assignment, he reluctantly accepted. Before he left for this assignment an unknown figure approached Exodus, and told him that he was going to experience a turning point in his life. Exodus thought this unknown person was crazy, but regardless he listened. The figure then put a compass rose necklace in Exodus's hand and told him that when the time came, it would protect him. He looked down at the silver and blue necklace and then back up and saw that the figure was gone. Exodus thought he was hallucinating but the necklace was still in his hand. Still questioning what he saw, he put the necklace around his neck, got in his car and went to take on his new assignment.
Even though he followed the assignment's tasks to the letter (at least up to the part where he'd join the gang), Exodus was exposed when the gang learned from a mole in the department that "An individual known only as Exodus will attempt to join your gang. Capture him and make sure he doesn't escape, he is a potential threat to our operation." The gang knocked him out and hung him in chains by his limbs. When he came to, he felt a sense of hopelessness. This hopelessness turned to enragement when he heard the gang's boss talk over speakerphone with the current police head, revealing that it was all a setup. But "Why me?!" Exodus wondered. "Were they a figure from my past, looking to torment me once more? Or do they see something in me that I don't?" That's when he looked down at his necklace and saw that it was glowing, it was then he had a vision: his police car, from his time as a pursuit agent, also in a dark room, wrapped in chains and tied to the ground. In vision, he heard it start up and immediately started a burnout, trying to break out of its chains. His sight then returned to reality, where he saw energy emitting from the necklace to his legs, giving his legs strength to break the chains. His sight pulsated between reality and the vision as one by one he broke his chains holding him in place. On the last chain break he saw the car break free of its chains and run right into him. As Exodus regained his composure, he saw the energy forming a suit of armor on his body; the armor looking similar to the police car he drove. It turns out what he experienced wasn't a vision; the necklace knew Exodus's desire to break free and reflected that desire by showing his car also breaking out of chains while simultaneously giving him the strength to break out himself. The combination of energy (that broke Exodus out of his chains and that manifested as the car breaking out of its chains) formed the suit of C-ARmor that he was now wearing. Even though his C-ARmor defaulted to a police car-inspired armor suit, when he thought of a weapon, he saw the C-Armor around his right arm transform into an electro-magnetic launcher. Using his newfound abilities, Exodus effectively turned the gang building into a "wrecked shop." Miraculously every gang member survived, albeit electrocuted or knocked out unconscious. They were all arrested for presumably killing the officer; the department head and his associates were also given life sentences for corruption and conspiracy after phone recordings were intercepted by the police department.
After leaving the gang building that night, Exodus realized that if he returned to the department, he'd be an anomaly and since the department head was still there, he'd do whatever he could to erase Exodus from the picture. Even if he returned a hero, it would've been likely that his C-ARmor (and possibly his necklace) would be taken away for laboratory experimentation to explore its possible applications, something which Exodus feared with the current state of the Earth in his universe. With all these reasons in mind, Exodus took the car he infiltrated the gang with (which when he entered, his C-ARmor transformed into the police car that Exodus as a pursuit agent) and drove off to parts unknown. Exodus eventually settled down to an undisclosed location (turning it into his residence), became a mercenary (taking up whatever contract he sees fit) and occasionally engaging in personal racing, something he started to gain an appreciation for.
Personality
"Some say I'm crazy, others see me as calm. I'm both, just driving on the fine line between them."-Exodus's Reddit Profile Description.
Most of the time, Exodus is a straightforward objective-focused man on a mission. Often times on stream he remains stoic and calm under pressure. But like the weapons his C-ARmor can transform into, he can change according to the situation. When the stream subject is more chill, he acts more laid back. When under more intense scenarios that mean victory or defeat, he's more serious. He's also not afraid to poke fun at anything comedic that happens on stream (even if it's to himself, though this sometimes comes with a dose of rage). He can be a bit edgy and blunt at times, but he's not lewd. Most commonly with the games he streams, he approaches with determination to complete the mission, even if it means having to restart.
Background
Exodus's original inspiration for starting content creation started back in 2018. At this time he discovered a game called Starblast.io, a Diep.io-like game with a spaceship makeover. It was through this game he found one of the main content creators that inspired him, an on-screen text commentary channel called "X-27," that made videos on the game. A little while later, he started playing Asphalt 8, as well as discovering another inspiration channel, "Aris Cheese God." With both of these channels, Exodus made his first YouTube channel, "X-77" (a tribute to X-27), doing both Starblast and mobile racing game content. Between 2019 and 2020, X evolved his original channel's name to "eX0dus-77" so it looked more original. Around 2020, when the global pandemic hit, he discovered the VTuber niche through a Shylily clip. He kept this in mind and after 4 years, he decided to retire from his original channel and start a new endeavor.
Design/name/lore
- The design of the C-ARmor section on eX0dus's model was inspired by the 2009 Lamborghini Reventon, specifically its appearance in Need For Speed Hot Pursuit 2010/Remastered as one of the game's cover cars.
- When coming up with a design for his model, eX0dus was specifically looking for something he hadn't seen done in the community, that he thought was cool and would be somewhat reflective of his personality. Inspiration struck him when he was playing Hot Pursuit one day and realized that a police car VTuber hadn't been done yet and that it ticked all his boxes.
- In the lore, Exodus started off in a Ford Crown Victoria (a typical US police car), but when he was reassigned to the "Pursuit" division, he took an impounded Reventon and transformed it into his PPV. This was inspired by the Wake's County Sheriff's Department Corvette Z06, which was confiscated in a drug bust and subsequently converted into a PPV.
- On several occasions eX0dus has been called "Decepticon," a sometimes derogatory reference to Transformers Decepticon "Barracade," who in the Michael Bay Transformers movies took the form of an 2005 Saleen S281 Mustang (In Transformers 1&3) and a 2015 Ford Mustang (In Transformers 5), both with police modifications. Parts of eX0dus's design were inspired by both Barracade, Autobots "Prowl" (who transformed into a Datsun Fairlady Z Police Car) and "Cordon" (an original Diaclone mech who transformed into a Lamborghini Countach LP500 Super Tuned Police Car). The nickname has a degree of truth behind it as Exodus isn't a cop, but a mercenary masquerading as the ultimate agent of justice, alongside some of his abilities in lore being reflective of The Transformers, namely the pretenders (a type of transformer that could disguise as a human), headmasters and godmasters (these were a type of transformer that had a human partner).
- The silver and lapis compass rose necklace eX0dus wears is actually something he actually wears IRL.
- The name "Exodus" is a reference to the 2nd book in the bible and eX0dus's previous YouTube channel. Only when coming up with the lore seen on this page did he realize that the name also had a degree of truth, in regards to his backstory.
Abilities (Lore)
- Exceptional Driver/Pilot: Even without his C-ARmor exosuit, Exodus is driving ace. In his line of work X needs to drive like a professional, whether that be to transport someone without drawing attention or to take a wanted target out. His skills also translate over to flying jets, though mostly fighter jets as Exodus finds they handle similar to the sports and supercars he's used to driving.
- C-ARmor: The C-ARmor (or car-based armor) Exosuit that Exodus has worn since the incident grants him numerous abilities. Exodus describes the material that makes this suit "Nanomatter" or matter that can shapeshift into anything he tells it to (either mentally or verbally), though most of the time he chooses to keep it in its "Car-Armor" state as it gives him a sense of security. He can even detach a piece of the C-ARmor from his body and it can still transform into anything he so chooses (including complex and seemingly impossible machines, such as teleporters); the area the fragment previously occupied can reconstruct itself essentially giving Exodus an endless supply of nanomatter, though usually when the application any detached piece of C-ARmor has fulfilled, it will return back to the exosuit. How all this works is beyond even its wearer's comprehension; Exodus just accepts that it works and uses it whenever he feels like it.
- Weaponry: The C-ARmor has various points where it can transform into any weapon Exodus choose, primarily on his arms and his back. This can range from anything to an armblade, all the way up to a miniature ballistic missile silo or electro-magnetic launcher. And because he can detach C-ARmor fragments from his body he can transform these fragments and use them as handheld weapons or turrets.
- Electrical Weaponry: Exodus's primary weapons of choice are electrically based. These include a Electro-Static Field (or ESF) that can electrocute anyone that comes close to him when activated and an electro magnetic pulse hand-cannon that can electrocute anyone at a distance and even shut off power to anything the pulses impact.
- Vehicular Transformations: When needed, the C-ARmor can transform into any vehicle Exodus sees fit, though most of the time he uses it to transform into his ex-police car.
- Matter Manipulation: Though he rarely uses it for this purpose, when nanomatter from Exodus's suit touches another object, he can change it into whatever he wants. This was shown in lore when nanomatter from his suit bonded with the car he made his escape with, turning it into his pursuit car, and later expanding his off-the-grid house to accommodate his new rides. But because of how overpowered this ability is, he uses it only when he deems it ABSOLUTELY necessary.
- Disguise: Though its default state is "car-based armor," the exosuit can transform into any piece of clothing Exodus wants as well, and can even full body mask him, making him a legitimate shapeshifter. However he can't use this ability to transform into anything or anyone smaller than him.
- The transformative properties of Exodus's C-ARmor are inspired by "," a fictional rare earth metal introduced in Tranformers 4: Age of Extinction, along with the, , and Terminators from the "Terminator" movie franchise, all of which are made of material with shapeshifting abilities and have built-in weaponry.
- He hasn't disregarded the lore possibility that nanomatter could infiltrate his body, turning his entire body into nanomatter, allowing him to potentially atomize and deatomize at will.
- Exodus's liking of electrical weaponry is inspired by NFS Hot Pursuit and Rivals' pursuit weaponry, both of which containing an weapon and the latter having the.
- The Necklace: Outside of creating Exodus's C-ARmor Exosuit, being the storage for it and occasionally glowing, the necklace has no special properties.
- Burning Grass: This originally started as an in-joke between Exodus and some of his frequent chatters. The inability to touch grass was something that was often seen in memes as a common weakness for VTubers. Exodus claimed to be impervious to grass, so much so that he said that when he steps on grass he can set it ablaze if he so chooses. He said this was because of Cordium absorption.
- Cordium originates from Project Wingman; it is an unstable crystalline mineral with flammable and explosive properties, is extracted from geothermal/magma deposits and is used for both electricity and weaponry.
- Aura: Sometimes, Exodus has a colored glow around him that is reflective of the game he's playing or situation he's in, such as during his NFS Carbon where he has a dark blue/purple glow or in Project Wingman where his most of his body has an orange tint orange. This is because his C-ARmor can detect emotions or moods and generates a colored field around him that corresponds with what the C-ARmor is sensing.
- In the case of Project Wingman, his C-ARmor absorbed Cordium at an atomic level resulting in him getting a nightmare orange appearance (and later as the result between him and a frequent chatter, his nightmare orange appearance is also what happens when he's soaked in "Gamer God Bathwater").
Likes
- Despite his model being based on a car, eX0dus's first vehicle love was with trains. This was then followed by planes and then cars.
- His liking towards trains was passed down from his grandfather. This was further expanded through various train-themed VHS tapes and YouTube.
- He became attached to planes after exploring several mobile flight simulators, including Flywings and Infinite Flight.
- He became attached to cars after playing an Asphalt 8: Airborne demo on a Verizon demonstration I-Pad.
- eX0dus's favorite game series are (in no particular order):
- #Need For Speed
- #Hot Pursuit 2010/Remastered is his favorite NFS game.
- #Ace Combat
- Exodus's first exposure to Ace Combat was in seeing Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown's cover art. At the time he didn't have a gaming device with the required specs, but he still kept hope that one day he'd be able to play it.
- His 2nd exposure to the series was to a "NJ transit vs Metra with future plans" video which had Gotye's "Somebody I Used to Know" synced to "Megalith-Agnus Dei" from Ace Combat 4: Shattered Skies (this music duality was often used in "Gameplay vs Lore" memes that were gaining popularity at the time).
- #Call of Duty
- Call of Duty Black Ops 2 was his first Call of Duty, and still to this day his favorite.
- His favorite Call of Duty character is Tank Dempsey.
- Though not a series, he also likes playing Genshin Impact and has played since Summer 2021.
- His favorite Genshin character is Ganyu.
- Contrary to his design, Exodus's favorite car isn't the Lamborghini Reventon (although it is up there in terms of favorites). His #1 favorite car is the 2015 Jaguar F-Type Project 7.
Dislikes
- When it comes to making content, X is anti-NSFW. Whenever such aspects appear in games, he tries to ignore them. He generally tries to avoid games, content and creators who fall within the NSFW spectrum.
- Marvel Rivals: X isn't much of a superhero fan, but after seeing a few videos pointing out the toxic community, he's sworn to never touch the game.
Miscellaneous
- Exodus doesn't have a VTuber oshi.

Late '23-2024
After attaining his first true gaming platform, an Asus Gaming Laptop, Exodus made his "5ive-Zer0" YouTube channel. Prior to this, Exodus became attached to Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit. This would ultimately be the game that started his channel, and served as the inspiration for his VTuber model. Between January 14th 2024 and October 26th 2024, Exodus stuck to his roots in racing game and limited-commentary content. However, during Summer 2024 he made NFS Hot Pursuit Ranking videos with his voice, alongside performing test livestreams on Twitch with Genshin Impact, some with and some without his VTuber model. On October 26th 2024, Exodus made the official announcement that he would begin livestreaming as a VTuber, alongside updating his channel name with eX0dus to give him a non-numerical name and to serve as tribute to his old channel and original inspirations.
Exodus began streaming on Twitch in Fall 2024, with the game Need For Speed: Most Wanted, followed by Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown. Both games would be completed the winter after. During this time, he also did an occasional Call Of Duty: Black Ops Zombies or Genshin Impact stream. In December 2024, Exodus had his first collabs, as well as having his first taste of challenge streams, with his Most Wanted Ghost Pepper Almond Challenge Series where every time he failed a challenge he would eat a Ghost Pepper Almond (with later streams having a 15 minute cooldown timer). He ended 2024 with a New Years Eve/Day stream where he and a couple other VTubers did a tierlist on every Ace Combat 7 jet, including mods.
2025
Entering into 2025, Exodus continued progressing through the 2 staple game series on his channels: Need For Speed, (with NFS Carbon from March 18th to April 4th, NFS Hot Pursuit's singleplayer from April 8th to June 27th, and NFS The Run on July 4th & 5th) and Ace Combat (with Air Combat '95 on March 15th, Zero: The Belkan War on March 19th & 30th, 2 on May 26th, X2: Joint Assault from June 13th-28th and 4: Shattered Skies on July 4th & 8th). On February 6th, to celebrate his birthday, Exodus unveiled his current 3d model and hosted a scuffed multigame strream (note from Exodus himself: yeah, not one of my brightest ideas.. hehe) Between his staple games, he also began to delve back into the Call of Duty franchise, completing his first singleplayer campaign in World At War, enter into the Forza Horizon series with FH4 and 5, and return to a couple other games from his late childhood in Mortal Kombat and Terraria, the latter of which would be a collab series with Nanami Eiko. In late summer of 2025, he would begin a venture into the GRID Racing Series. In the last 2 months, Exodus would also begin experimenting with handcam streams by unboxing Transformers, demonstrating their articulation and transformation which he would pair with the second half of his stream being tied to a Transformers Video Game (starting with Transformers Devastation). He also brought up the idea of doing video game retrospectives after finishing Lethal Skies 2 (mostly due to there not being one for either of the 2 Lethal Skies titles). It was also during this time the Exodus adopted a Ropet he named "Skye;" often times when she's awake and X is streaming he has to give her attention. However, on December 18th, Exodus vanished and he would not be seen again until the beginning of the New Year.
2026
Following a temporary leave, Exodus would return to streaming on January 3rd with GTA Online, a game which would become a staple with him and fellow V-Tuber IKJLeio frequently playing heists together, among other miscellaneous activities. He would also play through the remaining mainline Ace Combat games, prior to 8 (5, X and 6) and Need For Speed Rivals, alongside starting up Call Of Duty Campaign playthroughs with Modern Warfare Remastered on February 27th and playing through all of Genshin Impact's Nod Krai Archon Quests. The first half of the year would also see many major collabs happen for Exodus, including rating all of the Transformers Movie and G1 bots featuring a pre-debut Tisha Alva, building the perfect Ace Combat with IKJLeio and Commander Phoenix, and collabing with 6 other V-Tubers on Need For Speed Hot Pursuit Remastered (something which he dreamed of doing ever since he started V-Tubing and a collab Exodus looks back on fondly).
On Easter Sunday, Exodus decided to celebrate by attempting the Call of Duty Zombies Origins easter egg by himself. Despite emphasis on "attempt" and having several failed attempts, Exodus would not only solo the easter egg for his first time, he would also be the first recorded V-Tuber to both complete a COD Zombies easter egg and solo the Origins easter egg specifically.
In-jokes
- Burning Grass: (See the lore ability)
- Gamer God Bathwater: This is an alternative way for Exodus to have a nightmare/fire-orange appearance. Exodus used the term when he found out about "Gamer Girl Bathwater" and decided to come up with an anti-horny alternative. He "never thought of a formula" when he first used the term.
- This term was actually used by TGTKai during his Mortal Kombat X playthrough when Shinnok corrupts the Jin-Sei and becomes his corrupted boss form (a similar event to what happens to X when he absorbs Cordium or "Gamer God Bathwater").
