Gween's Personality can only be described as "Chilled chaos". Her demeanor is calm, cozy and welcoming but she can be mischievous and playful. She likes to play tricks and pranks on her friends like team killing if in the moment it would be entertaining, creating cave that plays Caramelldensen on her Minecraft server and overall does the opposite of what is asked of her because "it'll be funny"

Her chaos and rebellion is most demonstrated in the fact that her name is Gween, common internet slang for the color green, despite being heavily associated with the color red.

Her reasoning of this often changes.

Sometimes it's because Pepsico changed her to red in 2001 to promote Mountain Dew Code Red. Other times it's because she drank too much red paint. Sometimes she'll gaslight you and tell you you're colorblind!

Gween has big, fennec fox - like ears with lots of floof and big, cloud like tail. She has long red hair and big braids. She wears a cross of a gothic dress and white kimono outfited with a big rose. Her appearance crosses a mix of gothic and traditional Japanese aesthetics. She wears black leather thigh highs and high platforming geta on her feet.

Akane (gween) Fukosoru is a Fox Yokai Spirit that brings luck and good harvest to those around her, not for free of course. There is usually a cost that comes with the luck that she brings. She lures vulnerable people into making contracts with her only for those contracts to work against them. She was particularly popular with farmers during drought seasons. She would make contracts with these farmers, promise a good harvest, and - as if on call - something would happen before the harvest would even commence. The soil would turn poor, that crops would die. A terrible storm would come to ruin the fields. Locust. Wildfires. Pillagers. All due to bad luck brought by the kitsune spirit.

However, she would not bring bad luck to those who worshipped her and continued to pledge her offerings. She had the power of a god and anyone who dared to displease her felt her wrath. If it was not her power, it was her following. Many were shunned, exiled, and even put up for pledge in the contract they held with her.

As time went by, farming technology has caught up, and belief in gods has greatly decreased. She has lost a lot of her power and her luck has begun to work against her.

She radiates luck around her while bringing bad luck to herself.

As time has gone on, she has traveled the world many times in search of followers only to grow tired.

In her boredom she has taken to gambling and playing rpgs

While she lacked power, she was able to use what little she had left to work in her favor till one day she met a particular individual.

This individual took a lot of interest in her. Not only in the unusual appearance, but how she would always win, even with odds stacked against her.

Many have tried to beat her. Stacked decks, weighted dice, video game cheat engines, nothing seemed to beat her.

This individual studied her, how she played, and found a legend that sounded suspiciously just like her

This individual challenged her to a game of dice. Simply predict the number and she wins a small wager.

He used Kitsune's hubris and ego against her. The small wager became larger and larger, until all winnings and money she had accrued were gone, while the deep debt rose up alongside it.

She was in disbelief. A mortal, bested in her own games. But the individual was not a heartless man...He proposed a contract. To restore his family Tea Shop, owned by his grandparents, back to its glory days!

With nothing, but her clothes on her back, she accepted the offer. Now Akane owes a large debt to this stranger and runs a tea shop and takes whatever part time jobs she can, to pay back this mysterious man.

Akane's character visually is heavily inspired by Amaturasu from Okami, Holo from Spice and Wolf, and Ari from League of Legends.

Akane has 2 forms. Human and Yokai form. She prefers to stay in her human form as her Yokai form tends to shock and makes traveling the world difficult.

Akane’s human form is just over 150cm (5’0) with her ears putting her just over 170cm (5’5). She has long braided red hair with big ears. Her tail is soft and has a cloudy texture indicating her yokai form. It is soft and fluffy. Her outfit indicates the luck she radiates and the bad luck she brings to others in return (or in the case of her current situation, herself)

Akane’s Fox form stands at 274.32cm (9’0). Currently there are no visuals for this form, however, it is visually inspired by the Fox Devil from Chainsaw Man and Holo’s wolf form.

Akane’s personality can be described as high spirited, cheerful, carefree, and prideful. She very rarely thinks about the consequences of her actions and her pride can be easily used against her. Akane is also impulsive and will act upon them as she sees fit, very often getting her into trouble.

Akane thrives off of praise and seeks it aggressively to regain her power and will do anything for money to repay her debt.

Gween originally debuted as a virus VTuber named Reverie, and somehow has ties still to that universe.

She debuted on 6 May 2022.
