Hello my dears! I'm Hanao Shikama (花男 鹿間) and I'm from a small island nation in the Pacific that revere deer as messengers of the gods. I was a regular shrine raised deer but wandered during the winter and ended up very lost and nearly died. A god of the mountain I found myself stranded on, saved me and imparted some spiritual power to me, saving my life and giving me my current, partially human, form. I unknowingly entered a pact to tend to that god's forgotten shrine, and taken it upon myself to care for other lost spirits that I meet!

I believe in respect for all walks of life and want every person and creature to feel safe at the shrine!-> my streams are not apolitical because my existence is inherently political (read: ppl decided my right to live are debatable!) and i care deeply about the well being of fellow living things! while this is a space built for moments of escape from that reality, we don't do it irresponsibly and we do talk about topics that pertain to it (with proper warnings!)
-> above all this space prioritizes queer disabled poc (especially! bipoc!) safety, if you jeopardize this, expect to be ejected from the premises after a firm talking to.
