  • The way to tell a Kelpie from a human is that they have water weeds in their hair. Kari has a set of Cattails on the left side if and a Lily Pad in the right side of her hair.
  • Kelpies also need a magic necklace to take a human form. Kari has a neckless that shows the Bind Rune for "protection".
  • Kelpies are a type of water sprit that takes the form of a horse and Kari has Horse Ears and Hooves to give indication of that.
  • Her tail is based off of a Blue Whale to help with swimming.
  • She has sharp teeth due to the myth that Kelpies eat people who wander into their lake.
  • Her Horns are inspired by the old Christan belief that Kelpies have an association with Satan.
  • Her clothing is based off on the clothing that was common for Irish peasants during the 1600s. However, it has been intentionally made lewder for fan service.
  • All the patterns in her clothing are stationary to her movement, creating an effect similar to the cartoon Chowder.
