Lore
Kitagawa is a Baltic lamia who froze in the mountains and became a yuki-onna. During her lifetime, she was a researcher and dendrologist agronomist, which is why she loves to frequently tell stories about biology. Nowadays, she calls herself a naturalist studying yokai VTubers. She remains calm and phlegmatic most of the time, but when someone starts to oppress her libertarian values or claim that commercial services are better than FOSS initiatives... the icy serpent transforms into a cruel snow tornado. As a yuki-onna (a bodiless entity) she is absolutely autonomous and practically invulnerable. However, she has a companion: a motorcycle tsukumogami Hyoga, which is quite dependent on human infrastructure. Her attachment to it severely limits the yuki-onna's freedom
