Kokuyoh Noi, also called 黒曜のい, was an independent Japanese VTuber who debuted on YouTube in November 2021. In her lore, she’s a mage from another world who runs a store selling magical items after being sent here by reading a grimoire. She graduated in August 2023, with her last stream on August 20.

Noi is a soft-spoken person who has a calm temperament and rarely ever loses her composure in anger; despite her gentle personality, she has a jealous side and will act out a yandere personality at times. She enjoys being spoiled and treated like a junior or younger sibling, but also likes the thought of being a mature, older-sister-type character.
Noi enjoys eating and playing games , especially the mobile gacha game, Arknights. In fact, she enjoys eating so much that one of her special skills is "eating a lot" .
Appearance
She has long white hair adorned in black ribbons and braided hairbuns; her eyes are a light teal-blue and she wears a black and white outfit.
Debut
Noi activated her YouTube account on 17 November, 2021, and began activities on Twitter in the same month. She uploaded her first video, an introduction video, on 28 November, 2021, and held her first live stream on the 18 December.

- Kokuyoh (黒曜) means obisidan in Japanese.
- Noi has streamed Arknights more than any other game. In total, she has streamed Arknights gameplay 85 times, in comparison to the combined 88 streams for every other game she has played (including collab streams).
- Noi attended the offline 3rd Anniversary event for Arknights and tweeted a photo of the Colossus model.

On 3 January, Noi released her first short video on YouTube, in which she sang a cover of Neko by Dish
On 19 May, Noi had her first monetised stream and started memberships for her channel.
On 6 July, Noi announced her limited summer merchandise, including a tapestry, badges and post cards of Noi in a swimsuit.
On 26 August, Noi participated in a Fall Guys Summer Festival event hosted by Nekoha Koron, which had 60 participating Vtubers in total.
On 25 September, Noi announced that she would be participating in the 12th Vtuber Tokimeki Festival.
On 7 October, Noi released designs for new membership stamps
On 18 November, Noi participated as part of the Sweet Potato Team in the Splatoon 3 Autumn Flavour Festival event hosted by Yurijo Ritsu.
On 11 December, Noi released a PV for her new Live2D model as part of her 1st anniversary event.
