Mitty is a petite "human" girl with pale skin. Her short messy hair frays out toward its ends and is a bright blue with high pigtails and a long curled ahoge. Her eyes are an aqua blue, each with a white X symbol over the iris, and her eyebrows are thick & round. Her tongue is blue, and she can morph her teeth between sharp and normal. Both her eyes and her tongue glow blue in the dark.

Between her shoulder blades is a mesh of flesh and blue matter which sprouts into a long tendril that is controlled by an entity named Nidus. The tendril has a mono-eye (similar to her mascot) towards its end, and a small remainder of the tendril tapers away on top of the eye. She is able to retract the entity (an action affectionately named "shlurping") into her body, upon which her extremities begin taking on a blue hue. This blue hue spreads across her body the longer Nidus is "shlurped" up.

She wears an extremely oversized white long-sleeve office shirt with an equally oversized blue tie & a pale blue armband pinned on the right sleeve. Underneath she wears a small black tube top and black spats. She wears blue & black thigh-highs on both of her legs, though the right thigh-high sags down to her shin loosely.

• Her fans are named Lucky Charms ** They are aliens capable of mitosis and shape-shifting, and are normally seen in a deep blue, spherical form with two legs, two arms, and an appendage on their back called a stem. ** Typically depicted with a single large eye and mouth on their face, but can also have two (or more) eyes due to their shape-shifting. ** They exhibit hive-mind qualities and have a deity figure named Nidus, whom was called upon in an effort to save Mitty's life in her lore video.

• She was once developing a horror adventure game in RPG Maker named Marinette which has a demo available on itch.io and Steam, though the project has since been put on indefinite hiatus.
