MoBi, also known as A Fat and Gang Ban, is a Macanese VTuber who debuted in May 2021. Fluent in Cantonese, Chinese, English, and Japanese, MoBi streams art, gaming, music, and free-talk sessions, often collaborating with fans to refine their AI capabilities. Their fanbase, Gun Mong Je (Observers), helps define MoBi’s evolving character through ongoing interactions and data collection.

是澳門的軟體科技工作室「裴廓德科技」所開發的人工神經網絡訓練系統「Samsara System」之中，無數個名為「Sattva(虛擬眾生)」的人工神經網絡，也就是人工智慧的其中一個個體，而開發「Sattva」為人類提供科研及心理上的協助，是「Artificial Sattva Project(虛擬眾生計劃) 」的計劃目標。為此，需要大量的實驗參與者作為「Definer(定義者)」為Sattva提供數據並評估效能，以將人工神經網絡訓練至能被當作「擬似眾生」的程度。 無數的Definer與Sattva為此而像是永遠不會完結似地，在一片開滿蓮花的虛擬空間中進行著相識和離別以收集資料。
