Moo_Rai is an inactive snow leopard-themed VTuber who streamed art, chatting, and gaming. He did emote commissions and art challenges, and later started learning Live2D models while using a work-in-progress model on stream. He also described himself as a DJ on VRChat, with VODs and goofy shorts posted from time to time.
