Once a former prince of a kingdom reined over by his father, Narumi gave up his title not wanting to live under his father's customs. Leaving the kingdom behind and not wanting to be associated as a demon, he embraced the human half of himself and created a new life for himself amongst humans. Narumi even created a place of solitude to which he calls his Domain of Serenity in hopes that one day he can be fully at peace.
