Nekochka is a white cat seen sitting on a a large black witch hat with white ruffled edges and purple ribbon attached to the tip worn by an anime girl with long, slightly blue hair that tints into a slightly darker shade. Some may confuse the blue-haired girl to be Nekochka herself, but she is in fact the cat that is sitting on the hat, and the human body is nothing but a puppet controlled by it. The puppet itself wears long black gloves, a purple and white dress with puffy sleeves and a lace corset with metallic starry accessories.
