From a distant future where humans have gone extinct and only cats remain. In order to take care of cats, scientists of the past created humanoid robotic felines (人形機械貓), and Nyan Keeper Fuka (猫飼步歌) is one of these models.
In this future world, cats long for the canned food and treats once produced by humans, so they send these robotic cats... back in time to search for them. However, every unit mysteriously went missing, until Model 22 (貳貳機)) finally succeeded in making contact.
Now that 22 has arrived in the present, she must work hard and earn money so she can buy the canned food and treats that her feline masters desire.
