NLiTE is a virtual boyband under FTW Entertainment, aiming to "serve as a guiding light through their upbeat songs and stellar performances, even through the darkest nights".
The group launched in July 2025 under Brave Group US Inc., but in November 2025 it was transferred to the newly-established FTW Entertainment along with ChromaSHIFT, becoming independent from Brave Group.

On 18 July, NLiTE posted a trailer for its debut.
On 20 July, NLiTE announced introduction videos for the 4 members of NLiTE.
On 8 August, the members of NLiTE had their first stream.
On 12 September, NLiTE announced its debut with 4 original songs: STARSTRUCK, LIGHT ME UP, OBVIOUS, and The Afterglow.
On 27 November, Brave Group announced that NLiTE, ChromaSHIFT, and its 3D motion capture studio Oshi Live have been transferred from its subsidiary Brave Group US, to the newly-established independent company FTW Entertainment.
