Noe Kuuhaku, also known as "Old Man," "Alpha," and self-proclaimed "God," is a Filipino-American artist and VTuber affiliated with MIRARI PROJECT. She debuted on REALITY in 2021 with marathon streams but has since become inactive there while preparing for her Twitch debut. MIRARI PROJECT
Noe is the primary character designer and lead visual artist of MIRARI PROJECT, an independent VTuber group. It was formed amongst a friend group that first came together between 2021 and 2022 through her streams on REALITY. Over time, the group began casually referring to themselves as the “MCHOTTIES,” as a term of endearment for themselves.
In 2022, the MCHOTTIES took a personality quiz on AnimalInYou.com, which led to each member adopting an "animalsona” based on their results. As a passionate artist and original character (OC) creator, Noe saw creative potential in these personas and began designing VTuber concepts inspired by each member’s animalsona.
Her main goal throughout the creative process was to create designs that reflected not just how each person viewed themselves, but how they genuinely came across to others. While she made sure to include personal input from each friend, she also grounded each design in her own honest observations—striving for a more complete and authentic portrayal of who they truly are. The result was a set of personally tailored VTuber concepts, designed to reflect each member’s unique personality and presence. She encouraged the members to adopt these designs into their own virtual personas (with proper credit to her as the designer) if they desired to do so.
As the MCHOTTIES, they were not an official group. However, Noe expressed an interest in the possibility of rebranding the MCHOTTIES and launching as an official indie VTuber group. If this came to fruition, the “MCHOTTIES” name would simply be reserved as a personal term of endearment amongst the members.
In July 2025, the MCHOTTIES became an official VTuber group called MIRARI PROJECT.
