About
Noxtori is an English/Danish VTuber and Emperor Penguin who debuted in March 2026. He founded VToes, which he calls “the best fake vtuber agency,” and leans into gaming, art, design, and shitposting streams. His content swings from War Thunder and competitive games to whatever odd idea seems funny that day, and his fans are called Pebbles.

Noxtori was once designated Test Subject 04-1664, part of the classified Project 04-1647. An experimental human–Emperor Penguin hybrid, his body was extensively modified with cybernetic implants while held inside a secluded research facility. With most of his memories erased and many of his systems left improperly calibrated, Noxtori eventually... escaped containment.
