Pekuna has long, dark-red hair which covers her right eye, though the part in front of her eye is translucent. Her eyes have red irises with horizontal orange lines running underneath the centers. The right side of her face seems to have two crumbs on it. She wears a collar which seems to have a golden fish pendant on it. She has red marks on her shoulders which look like scales.

The first video on Pekuna's channel was a trailer explaining that she was an AI VTuber, which was posted on 9 February. By 12 February, she had gained over 1,000 subscribers.
Her first stream was a beta test on 17 February, which was ended after fifteen minutes total due to experiencing lag. This was apparently due to the use of Movistar as a telecommunications provider . Pekuna did not upload any streams which lasted over an hour until the first of her update streams.
Pekuna streamed approximately once every day through the rest of February and early March, mostly doing chat streams. After this, she did more challenging streams less often, with her content ranging from doing karaoke to talking about Warhammer to more updates . Her second update stream, on 28 April, was also her last stream of 2023.
