Percy Packrat is a female humanoid VTuber with large, round rat ears protruding from her head and a long, thick rat tail. She has evenly cut brown hair that flows down her shoulders, and bangs hanging on the outer edges of her eyes, She wears a purple, shoulder-free sweater tucked in to denim shorts, with beige socks and silver sneakers.
Despite her name, her thick tail and shaggy brown hair makes her more akin to a Bandicoot Rat, but Packrat simply sounded better.
Percy has several other designs based off of other fandoms that she will often show, largely retaining the same core design elements while changing shape, with fandoms such as Sonic the Hedgehog, Helluva Boss, Pokemon, or Mass Effect.

Profile
Percy is a relaxed, sometimes awkward Star Rat VTuber. She's a US-born, transgender woman, openly pansexual and polyamorous and loves to make new friends. She loves Sonic the Hedgehog, One Piece, and Halo. She'll often use the Japanese simulator eroge Koikatsu! to create 3D renders of herself and other VTubers in friendly, casual interactions.
Percy became a VTuber to escape the depression and isolation she fell into in the early 2020s following pandemic quarantine, hoping to spread her casual, friendly vibes with others to make other peoples days better.
2024
Percy first started streaming on the release of Sonic X Shadow Generations as an awkward, nervous PNGTuber with her scuffed set-up. She struggled at first with being so new to the space, but would quickly catch on to a semi-regular schedule with gaming streams. After completing SXSG, Percy would debut her Quarian PNG and play Mass Effect to celebrate both her birthday, as well as the N7 Day holiday celebrating the Mass Effect franchise. This would continue through to the end of the year.
2025
Continuing through Mass Effect into 2025, Percy would begin work in bringing forth her vision for a 1.0 Live2D design. Though she continued to use her PNG throughout the first half of 2025, it was in the middle of her randomizer run of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time that she would finally debut her brand new 1.0 design.
Percy's growth continued to be slow and steady throughout the year, pivoting slowly from exclusively gaming streams into reaction content as well, diversifying herself.
On 1 October, she began a streak of daily uploads on her YouTube channel, continuing this streak all the way into the next year.
2026
As the new year rolled in, Percy continued to grind away on her streams, though her stream activity would slow down due to factors such as mild burnout and her health struggling due to her arduous work schedule effecting her ability to maintain energy for streaming. Despite this, she continued to push daily uploads on YouTube, and continued to grow on Twitch, collabing with other streams for gaming, interviews, and reactions with people such as AshenNyveil, GrayFoxCafe, and Saincisco.
In July, Percy teased her 2.0, with the like/retweet drive to reveal the design reaching its goal a month later in August, with the intent of building toward the debut of her 2.0 model in the future.
