She has long, wavy light lavender hair with an ahoge, and cat ears with two pink hair bows with purple flowers in the center and purple eyes. She has a babydoll-like pink dress that has off the shoulder black arm sleeves with white frills and a sakura flower and ruffles through the center, and thin ribbon lace shoulder straps that ties into a bow behind her neck. She has black tights with a faded sakura flower pattern near the bottom of her legs and light pink and white laced shoes with pink bows tied around them.

By 26 April, Phinea surpassed the 5,000 follower mark on her Twitch channel.
On 8 September, she reached 10,000 followers on her Twitch channel.
2023
On 12 February, Phinea reached 15,000 followers on her Twitch channel.
On 4 November, Phinea started an uncapped Subathon in celebration of her 2nd VTuber anniversary with many fun redeemable subgoals, including giveaways. She also dropped new merchandise.
