Retirement

On 31 August, AKA Virtual announced that the remaining voice actresses behind Perfruor would be stepping away from their roles. Pirouella's final stream would be on 11 September.

Re-acquisition of IP from the voice actress

On 24 May, the voice actress behind Pirouella known as Peni Qubit has acquired the IP from AKA Virtual. While she has access to the Pirouella Live2D model, Peni Qubit stated that she has no access to any of Pirouella's social media accounts.
