Poppy wears attire befitting a king such as royal garment and a golden crown with multiple iolite gemstones above a red poppy crown. Poppy also wears a dog collar with a heart-shaped dogtag. Poppy's hair is a gradient that starts with the gold from her crown and ends with the red of the poppy flowers. It is styled in a long bob cut, with dog ears with brown fur, and golden eyes with heart dilated pupils. She has openly stated that her breast size is DD.
