Rumors say a lake monster appears in the water, giving the town a bit of fame. The only way to enter the town is by bus.
Raku is one of the ancient legendary creatures said to live in the lake. Some residents insist they have seen his... silhouette in the water.
Scholars claim it was merely a ladle floating on the lake, while visitors sometimes travel there specifically to search the waters. Some have even heard his voice from their boats (he was just practicing singing).
After nearly being caught (everyone loved his singing and wanted to capture him to keep), he transformed into a human to avoid revealing his true form.
