Also known as Elrubius, Rubius made his 2D VTuber debut in May 2021 after years of streaming on Twitch and uploading to YouTube. The Spanish-Norwegian streamer was designed by DyaRikku; his birthday is 13 February, making him an Aquarius.

Rubius is a male Spanish-Norweigan VTuber and Streamer. He has been uploading to his YouTube channel and streaming on Twitch since 19 December 2011 and 22 August 2015, respectively, but didn't make his 2D VTuber debut until 9 May 2021. Rubius is best known for his upbeat personality and ability to carry a massive audience through his gaming and chatting streams.

On 9 May, Rubius debuted as a VTuber on Twitch with a combined Debut and Just Chatting stream. During this stream, he showed off his new model, along with new overlays and other channel appearance upgrades. Following this, Rubius interacted with chat, watched fan-submitted videos, and freaked out over his new model.
