Lore
**Prologue**
Before time learned to move in a straight line, before the laws of the world were written with the pretension of being eternal, Chaos existed. Not as senseless destruction, but as a sea of undecided possibilities. From that sea was born Ryuuyoki.
He was not created. **He emerged**.
**Origin**
Ryuuyoki is a primordial... dragon, an entity that arose from the natural imbalance between opposing forces. When order began to solidify and the world hardened into fixed rules, Chaos responded by generating its own consciousness. That consciousness took draconic form: vast, ancient, and adaptable.
Unlike other dragons born of concrete elements—fire, ice, lightning, or shadow—Ryuuyoki embodies the **principle of change**. His essence is not bound to a stable element, but to constant mutation. His fire does not always burn; sometimes it distorts, sometimes it rewrites reality itself.
**Nature of Chaos**
The chaos that Ryuuyoki represents is not evil. It is **transition**.
Where the gods sought permanence, he brought variation. Where kingdoms longed for absolute stability, his presence introduced cracks through which the world could grow or collapse. That is why he was both feared and revered in equal measure.
Ryuuyoki understands order better than those who defend it, because he has seen how it is born… and how it becomes obsolete.
**The Dragon Who Observes**
For ages, Ryuuyoki learned something few gods understand: observation is also a form of power. He delights in watching countless stories unfold across time, seeing the hero triumph or the villain claim his revenge. On rare occasions he even intervenes out of pure whim, seeking to make the story progress in a more “entertaining” way for himself—revealing himself as a “wise one” or guide, and at other times even becoming the famed “final boss” of the tale.
When he acts, he does not do so to save worlds, but to amuse himself and, by extension, to ensure that the universe always remains in motion.
**Epilogue**
When the seals fail.
When order becomes tyranny.
When reality can no longer adapt to itself.
The Dragon of Chaos will once again unfurl his wings.
Not as a destroyer.
But as a reminder.
Because even the gods need to be challenged.
**Powers and Manifestation**
Ryuuyoki does not master a single power, but many in unstable states:
- Chaotic energy capable of altering physical and magical laws.
- Absolute adaptation: every battle redefines him.
- Chaos Fire, a flame that does not always destroy, sometimes reconfigures.
- Ancestral consciousness, immune to manipulations of destiny.
**Philosophy**
Ryuuyoki does not seek worship.
He does not demand temples.
He does not promise salvation.
His creed is simple:
> “A universe at rest is a dead one, one not worth observing.”
For him, chaos is not the end of the world, but the mechanism that prevents the universe from becoming a perfect prison. Show more
