On 19 June, her first duet with Tougen Kyoya, a cover of Anti-Realism (アンチリアリズム) by *Luna feat. Otomachi Una and flower, premiered on Kyoya's channel.
On 26 June, Aoi held her first stream on YouTube.

On 1 February, Aoi announced that she has joined the "avex creators labo muchoo" production support group for music creators. She clarifies in the tweet that it is not an agency contract, and therefore she continues to be an independent VSinger.

On 25 January, Aoi tweeted that she is becoming a full-time VSinger starting this year. On 5 February, she announced the digital and streaming release of her cover of "Jinsei Over" (人生オーバー) by harha as a music single.
