Sakura Mofu

Known for her cheerful, happy-go-lucky personality, Mofu strives to spread positivity, happiness, and warmth through her content. Before starting her games, she often spends time chatting with her audience, allowing her to connect with her community and create a welcoming atmosphere.

Sakura Mofu is a petite female Kitsune with a distinctly pink and pastel-themed appearance. She has long, curly pink hair styled in half-twin tails, complemented by fluffy Kitsune ears and fluffy fox tails.

Her eyes are a striking gold color, adding contrast to her predominantly pink appearance. Mofu wears a modern short kimono-inspired outfit featuring shades of pink with subtle mint accents, along with decorative ribbons that complement her outfit.

Her accessories include star-shaped earrings and a delicate sakura and pearl necklace, further emphasizing her sakura-inspired aesthetic. Overall, Mofu's appearance combines traditional Kitsune and Japanese-inspired elements with a modern, youthful design.

Before becoming a VTuber, Mofu began her content-creation journey as a faceless streamer, primarily playing Wuthering Waves. Through her early streams, Mofu gradually built a small community and was introduced to the concept of VTubing by some of the viewers she met along the way. Intrigued by the idea, she experimented with different models and character concepts over time, going through numerous attempts before eventually finding a character that truly resonated with her.

She ultimately settled on the identity of a Pink Sakura Fox Spirit, inspired by her love for cherry blossom elements and Kitsune aesthetics. The character eventually became Sakura Mofu, representing the persona she wanted to bring to life. Mofu later decided to pursue VTubing more seriously after realizing that it had been a dream of hers since childhood. She had always wanted to express herself in front of an audience, become an anime-inspired character, and build a community where people could come together, have fun, and support one another.

Somewhere between the Human World and the Spirit World stood a hidden sanctuary known as Sakura Grove, Protected by ancient spiritual barriers, this peaceful village of shrines, teahouses, and bustling marketplaces could never be seen by human eyes. At its heart grew an enormous sacred sakura tree whose blossoms never faded, blessing the land with eternal spring. It was home to countless yokai, kitsune, oni, nekomata, and tengu, living together in perfect harmony. Among them was the Sakura Kitsune Clan, the traditional guardians of the tree. Within this family, Mofu was born during the brightest spring season. Unlike the other fox spirits, Mofu was born with fur as bright as cherry blossom pink. Cheerful, curious, and full of energy, she was deeply loved by the village. From a young age, she was named the future Lady of the Clan. Yet, despite her heavy responsibilities, Mofu’s heart belonged to something else. Growing up, she discovered the stories, games, manga, anime, and music created by humans. To her, these human creations carried the exact same warmth as the festivals held beneath the sacred sakura tree. She dreamed of becoming an entertainer. She wanted to become a star, not just to match the lights in the night sky, but to shine brightly in the hearts of others. As a reminder of that dream, she always wore star, shaped earrings.

Then, without warning, a loud crack shattered the peace of Sakura Grove. The sacred sakura tree began to split. Chaos erupted. The timing was disastrous, the clan elders had just traveled to the Human World for a grand gathering of spirits. Though they had strengthened the barriers before leaving, the threat was coming from within. The very heart of the grove was breaking apart. Mofu remembered stories of this exact disaster happening five hundred years ago. Back then, the elders saved the grove. This time, they were gone. The young yokai surrounding her cried out for Mofu to save the grove. Mofu wanted to help. She truly did. But a suffocating wave of fear overwhelmed her. What if she failed? What if the prophecy was wrong? What if she was not blessed at all? What if her interference only destroyed the grove faster? The crushing weight of her doubts grew too heavy to bear. Her vision blurred, and she collapsed into darkness.

In the void of her mind, a dream materialized. Before her stood an immense, unknown creature with nine glowing tails, its radiant presence illuminating the dark. The mysterious being warned Mofu not to become a coward. Mofu trembled, still overwhelmed by the fear of failure. The spirit revealed that it was proof that Mofu had been blessed by spring, and that she was the only hope Sakura Grove had. If she continued to fear her own future, Sakura Grove would disappear because of her hesitation, not her lack of power. Still, Mofu shrunk back. The mysterious spirit then warned her that she had less than ten seconds before everything she loved disappeared alongside the sacred tree. Mofu froze. The creature stepped closer, its eyes blazing, and gave her one final task. She had to collect hearts and spread happiness throughout the world. She had to let cherry blossoms bloom across other realms, and through that, Sakura Grove would grow stronger. Before Mofu could understand what it meant, the spirit vanished.

Mofu’s eyes snapped open. The surrounding yokai immediately rushed toward her, apologizing for forcing the responsibility onto her. Mofu gasped for air, but there was no time to hesitate. She scrambled to her feet, ignoring her trembling limbs. She sprinted toward the fracturing tree, diving straight into the ritual she had only ever studied in books. Pouring every ounce of her heart into the magic, she unleashed a brilliant, blinding light. The energy surged through the roots, racing up the trunk. The deep cracks slowly sealed shut. The roaring wind died down. Silence fell over the grove. It was safe. Completely exhausted, Mofu sank to the ground with a sigh of relief. She had actually done it.

When the elders finally returned, the village excitedly recounted her bravery. One elder smiled proudly, realizing just how much Mofu had grown. Perhaps she was finally ready to become the Lady of the Clan without their guidance after all. Mofu immediately panicked at the thought. She was absolutely not ready. She could barely stand, and she still had so much to learn. The elders laughed, reminding her that as the Lady of the Clan, she would eventually be required to visit the Human World from time to time to study how humans lived. Mofu’s eyes instantly sparkled. She suddenly felt completely ready after all. As the village erupted into laughter, Mofu grew quiet, remembering her vision. She looked at the sacred tree, her excitement building. Mofu became eager to explore the Human World for herself, taking her first steps beyond Sakura Grove and discovering all the wonders it had to offer.

• In May 2024, Mofu started streaming as faceless streamer on TikTok. As time passed by, she was introduced to vtubers term and gradually started to use PNG, 3D and 2D. When she was using PNG, she created the persona using picrew. After that, she switch to 3D where she created a model using 3D vroid. After she feels that 3D has less emotion and her model was quite choppy, she decided to try 2D premade model where she gradually learn from her friends, and she tried multiple models until she fell in love with a white hair kitsune model and gradually develop love for pink theme vtubers and decided to have that theme for her persona.
• In end of March 2025, Mofu created a TikTok account as Sakura Mofu, and started posting videos to gain audience and community.
• On 30 April 2025, Mofu started streaming on TikTok using a public premade model.
• On 12 May 2025, Mofu created a Twitter account.
• On 30 November 2025, Mofu created another TikTok account as backup due to current TikTok account has giving Mofu too much issue.
• On 19 May 2026, Mofu deleted her old TikTok and start using the back up as the main one.
• On 8 July 2026, Mofu revealed her new VTuber model in a preview on Twitter.
• On 11 August 2026, Mofu reached 1,000 followers on TikTok.
• On 22 August 2026, Mofu reached 1,000 followers on Twitter/X.

Mofu is a Sakura Fox that was born from the energy of falling star merged with the Sakura petal and energy of magical pond near the Sakura Tree. Mofu has been wander around and transform to a lot of bodies until she has unlock her true form when the Garden has been ruined, where the last petal of the garden merged together with her tears, transforming her into how she looks now. She even has three petal under her eyes. The garden has been living in her eyes ever since. One day she made a little kid happy by helping her out and because of this action, she saw her garden starts to grow by growing another petal. She became a Vtuber to collect humans soul to rebuild the Garden that have been ruined before.
