In the year 3062, society is plagued by a severe wealth gap, and public order has become deeply corrupted. As long as you have money, you can do whatever you want.
In such an era, within a dark alley that could be found anywhere, a five-year-old girl lay collapsed. She had no memory of anything since her birth, but there was one thing she knew:... she hated this society. She was probably nothing more than trash abandoned by her parents, wandering aimlessly in this world.
Just as she thought things couldn’t get any worse, a garbage truck stopped in front of her. Three men dressed in black stepped out, grabbed her without hesitation, and threw her into the truck’s disposal chute. The moment she was inside, an unknown gas was released, knocking her unconscious.
When the girl woke up, the sight before her was unbearable—her body had been dismembered. All that remained of her was a head. No one could stay calm in such a situation, let alone a child. She passed out again on the spot.
Twelve years passed. During this time, from what she overheard from the researchers, she learned the truth: a wealthy man had initiated a human modification project in order to save his daughter. The girl happened to be the same age, so she was taken as a test subject—after all, no one would care about “trash” like her. But before the research could be completed, the rich man’s daughter died.
Now, aside from an old janitor who occasionally came to clean, no one else visited the laboratory. Although her original body was gone, she had been fitted entirely with mechanical prosthetics. However, her activation switch had never been turned on, leaving her unable to move.
One day, several researchers entered the lab. As they operated the control panel, they mentioned plans to destroy the facility. Yet, for some reason, they also activated her. Seizing the opportunity, she immediately broke free and rushed toward a machine that resembled a vehicle. Without thinking, she activated it, only to discover it was a time machine.
