Samurosauro

They say that on nights when the wind blows low and the moon seems to observe silently, a solitary flame crosses the abandoned roads of ancient Japan. This flame is not just Furaribi, a spirit born of sorrow and oblivion… but rather the echo of something much stronger: Samuro.

Samuro was a warrior who perished without honor, forgotten by all he... swore to protect. His spirit should have dissolved, but his fury and loneliness ignited his spiritual body, transforming him into a hybrid Yokai—half specter, half living fire. When his pain met the traveling spirit of Furaribi, the two merged, creating a single entity.

Now, Samuro wanders the roads as a white flame in humanoid form, with eyes that burn like blue embers. He guides lost souls… but also devours those who mock the forgotten. Among yokai, they say he is the “Walking Fire,” the guardian of the abandoned and the terror of the cruel.

And when its flame grows too high, it's a sign that another lonely soul has been found—or consumed.
