The only son of a once-prominent but now fallen family. His family was poor for as long as he could remember, so he started working various jobs from a young age just to make a living. Since he had no choice in what kind of work he could take, he ended up doing all sorts of jobs. He loved singing as a child and once dreamed of becoming a singer,... but gradually forgot about that dream as life became busier.

Since he was willing to take on almost any kind of job, he opened an all-purpose service shop for convenience, taking on all kinds of requests, including some jobs in the gray area.

One day, he was injured while carrying out a job and collapsed in front of a small teahouse called “Wangyouzhai.” He was rescued by the owner and soon became a regular customer. He loved the carefree atmosphere of Wangyouzhai, and when he learned that the previous owner planned to retire and travel the world, he eventually decided to take over the teahouse. He now runs Wangyouzhai while continuing to operate his all-purpose service shop to make ends meet.

One day, while cleaning the teahouse’s storage room, he discovered a box left behind by the previous owner. Inside was a fan with a built-in microphone and a letter. After reading the letter, Xi decided to pursue his dream of becoming a singer once again. When he told the customers at the teahouse about his decision, one of the regulars suggested that he try singing for strangers through livestreams.
