An Arc Warden manifested from the overwhelming emotional energy produced by countless worlds across the universe. Over centuries, the constant flow of fear, joy, grief, love, hatred, excitement, and every other emotion became so dense that it formed an unstable dimension made entirely of emotional spiritual energy. Within this realm lies a rift between two opposing domains: the heaven born from positive emotions, and the abyss formed from negative emotions. Creatures born from joy, hope, and warmth inhabit the heavenly domain, while beings shaped by anger, sorrow, and fear emerge from the abyss, each side acting as natural rivals within this volatile world. From the clash and balance of these forces, the Arc Warden was eventually manifested—a demi-godlike guardian tasked with maintaining the equilibrium of the dimension and guiding the fate of the creatures within it.
Taking the appearance of a fluffy, tame sheep-like being—an image shaped by humanity’s perception of friendliness—yet bearing demonic horns and a darker tone influenced by negative energy, the Arc Warden represents both sides of emotion at once. Its eyes hold symbols of positivity and negativity, reflecting the yin-and-yang nature of the power it embodies. Neither purely benevolent nor malicious, the Warden calmly observes the endless cycle of emotions that sustain the realm. When creatures within the dimension perish, the stabilized energy they carried is released back into the system, eventually forming new life as fresh emotions from the outside universe flow into the world again. Because human emotions never truly end, the dimension itself continues in an eternal loop of creation and rebirth.
