Sky Kitten's appearance is that of an anime cat girl. She features long white hair with bangs that cover her forehead, short side ponytails tied in blue beads, a pair of white and grey ears. For clothing she wears a white Japanese sailor uniform with blue trims and a blue ribbon, as well as a small light blue chocker around her neck.

When she wears a different style of uniform, her appearance changes a bit: her long hair becomes shorter, and her uniform now has some tints of red and her chocker turns red as well.
